      A: We are proud to say that none of our products and any of their ingredients has been tested on animals and we carry the seal of approval from The British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection (BUAV)

    • Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
      A: Once opened, biOrganics products when stored in cool conditions and out of the way of direct sunlight will stay active for up to 24 months.

    • Q: How do I carry out a patch test?
      A: The inside skin of the wrist is the most effective area on which to carry out a patch test. You can also test on the skin behind your ear if you suspect only your face is sensitive. Simply apply the product to that area and if any irritation occurs, often showing as a rash, a burning, prickly or tingling sensation, redness or any other temporary discoloration of the skin, remove the product immediately with warm water and a damp cloth.

    • Q: Can I use biOrganic products if I am pregnant?
      A: Some of our products contain essential oils which would not be suitable during pregnancy or whilst breast feeding. We recommend you consult your physician for specific advice.

    • Q: My question is... My hair is thinning and damaged as well as coloured, is Biomin, Isonate and Biogel the right combination for me?
      A. Hi Lesley Thank you for your enquiry. I have had a look at your order history and i see you have a Rebuild, Remoist, Isonate and Biogel, all very good choices for your specific hair type. Some good tricks to try with these products is to experiment with the amount of product you use. Try the following mixing ratio: 1 part Biomin and 2 parts Biogel, mix in palms of hands before spreading through hair. This particular ratio is good for giving volume and hold to fragile and flat hair..or try 1 part Biogel and 2 parts Biomin, this will give your hair fantastic shine with a soft hold to the style. With the Rebuild you have several uses. Try as a Pre-Shampoo treatment : Apply to dry or damp unwashed hair and leave for 10-15 minutes then simply wash out with Isonate shampoo and finish with Remoist conditioner if you wish. Try shampooing the hair first with Isonate shampoo before applying Rebuild and leaving on hair for 2-10 minutes (depending on degree of damage) then thoroughly rinse out and proceed to use Biogel and/or Biomin to style and finish.     • Q: Can I use biOrganic products if I have sensitive skin?
      A: Yes, all bioorganic products are free from the most common allergens such as SLS, artificial colours and fragrances. However, everyone's skin sensitivity is unique to them and you may find you are even sensitive to the most natural and gentle ingredients. For this reason we list the full ingredients for all of our products on our website to enable you to make an informed choice before purchase. If you are still unsure about a products suitability to your skin we recommend patch-testing a small amount of the product on the inside skin of the wrist area to ascertain its compatibility.

    • Q: My question is... I have recently gone from black to blondey colour so have v. v. dry hair. I currently use Kerastase shampoo & conditioner, which has been great but the animal cruelty aspect is really bothering me. Please can you advise on suitable products that will sort out dry haystack hair with a guilt free conscience. Thanks sarah

    • Q: My question is... do you have any shampoo for hair that gets oily and also a scalp that is itchy & flaky, but isn't dandruff?
      A. Hi Mathew Yes we do is the answer, i feel ISOBATH Shampoo would be the best one to try first. Isobath is deep cleansing and invigorating with Peppermint and Tea Tree Oil, helps eliviate itchy scalps and calms down any flakyness. The next hair and scalp cleanser is ISONATE, this shampoo is paticularly good at calming dry itchy scalps and dry hair types. I hope this has been helpful to you Kind regards
